Tuna and Saffron Rice Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained and flaked (1can about 7 ounce)
2. parmesan cheese (1/2c)
3. chicken broth or bouillon (2 3/4c)
4. ground saffron (a pinch)
5. uncooked long grain rice (1c)
6. finely chopped onion (1small)
7. butter or margarine (3tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-

1. Take a large saucepan, place it over heat. Melt butter in it, add onion and cook them until they become soft. Then add rice in it and cook them for about 3 minutes.

2. Take a bowl, add saffron and 1/2 cup of chicken broth in it and then keep it aside. Add the rest of the 2 ¼ cup of chicken broth to the rice. Now cook it over low heat by stirring it irregularly.

3. When the broth gets absorbed then adds saffron-flavored chicken broth in it and cook it until the rice becomes soft.

4. Now take off the pan from heat, mix tuna and Parmesan cheese in it. Now the dish is ready to serve.

Tuna Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained and flaked (1large can about 12 ounce)
2. all purpose flour (1/3c)
3. chopped onion (1/2c)
4. butter (1/4c)
5. pastry for single (9 inch pie)
6. shredded cheddar cheese (1c)
7. Worcestershire sauce (2tsp)
8. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (2c)
9. milk (2c)
10. dried thyme crumbled (dash)
11. paprika (1/4tsp)
12. pepper (1/4tsp)
13. salt (1/2 tsp)
14. garlic and herb seasoning blend (1/4tsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large saucepan; place it over medium low heat. Melt butter in it, add onion and cook them until they become soft. Mix flour in it and then add pepper, herb seasoning, salt, thyme and paprika in it.

2. Slowly add milk in it and cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets bubbly and becomes thicken. Now add tuna, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and vegetables in it. Adjust the seasoning and then pour this mixture into a baking dish of 2 quart.

3. Now heat oven to 425 degrees F. Take pastry, roll it out to get fit on the top of baking dish.

4. Place the pastry on the dish and then place the dish in oven and bake it at 425 degrees f for about 35 to 40 minutes until the mixture gets bubbly and the crust becomes brown.

Hearty Tuna Buns Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, drained, flaked (1can about 7 ounce)
2. eggs, hard, cooked and chopped (3 large)
3. shredded American cheese (1c about 4 ounces)
4. softened butter (1 tsp)
5. sesame buns (8)
6. seasoned salt (1/4tsp)
7. sweet pickle relish (2tbsp)
8. finely chopped onion (1 to 2 tbsp optional)
9. finely chopped celery (2tbsp)
10. mayonnaise (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-

1. Take a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, chopped eggs, shredded cheese, onion, chopped celery, salt and relish in it. Mix all the ingredients well and spread split of buns with a little butter over it.

2. Now spread the tuna mixture on the bottom of each roll. Now broil the tuna buns about 6 inches from the heat source until the mixture gets hot and the cheese gets melted.

3. Broil them for about 4 to 5 minutes and then toast the top of the buns for few minutes.

Makes About 8 Hearty Tuna Buns

French Toasted Tuna Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna, flaked (1can about 7 ounce)
2. milk (1/2c)
3. eggs (2)
4. bread slices (8)
5. pepper (dash)
6. salt (1/8tsp)
7. lemon juice (2tsp)
8. mayonnaise (1/4c)
9. finely chopped celery (1/3c)
10. butter (3 to 4 tbsp)
11. milk (1/2c)
12. salt (1/2tsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix tuna, lemon juice, mayonnaise, celery, a dash of pepper, 1/8teaspoon of salt in it.

2. Take four slices of bread and then spread this tuna mixture on the four bread slices. Cover this filling with the rest of the four slices and then cut them in half diagonally.

3. Take a bowl, beat eggs with ½ cup of milk and ½ teaspoon of salt in it. Now dip the sandwich halves in the egg mixture and then cook them in hot butter until they get brown from both sides.

Easy Tuna Potato Baked Recipe

Ingredients
1. Tuna drained and flaked (2cans about 7 ounces each)
2. scalloped potatoes (1 package about 5 ounce)
3. milk (1 14c)
4. pepper (1/8tsp)
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. flour (3tbsp)
7. butter (3tbsp)
8. thinly sliced onion (1 med.)
9. ground paprika (optional)
10. prepared mustard (1tsp)
11. hot pepper sauce (1/2tsp)
12. grated cheddar cheese (1/2c)
13. mayonnaise (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take the package of scalloped potatoes and follow to the instructions on the package. Add onions in the potatoes.

2. Take a casserole of 2 quart, place potatoes and onions in it. Place the casserole in oven and bake potatoes for about 20 to 25 minutes at temperature mention on the package. Bake them until they get soft.

3. Take a saucepan, place it over low heat. Melt butter in it and then mix flour, pepper and salt in it. Then slowly add milk in it.

4. Cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets thickened and becomes smooth. Now add drained tuna in it and mix it with mixture. Then pour the tuna mixture over the baked potatoes.

5. Take a bowl, mix cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and hot sauce in it and then spread this mixture over tuna.

6. Again place the casserole, uncovered in the oven and bake it for about 10 to 15 minutes until it gets bubbly. Then take it out from oven, sprinkle paprika on the top and then serve it.

Ingredients
1. Tuna drained (1can about 6 ½ to 9 ounce)
2. sour cream (1/2c)
3. milk (1 1/4c)
4. ground black pepper (a dash)
5. butter (3tbsp)
6. finely minced onion (2tbsp)
7. flour (3tbsp)
8. toasted silvered almonds (2tbsp optional)
9. fresh chopped parsley (2tbsp)
10. dry sherry (2tbsp)
11. hot cooked rice or baked puff pastry (for 4 servings)
12. salt (1/4tsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan of medium size, place it over low heat. Heat butter in it and then cook onions in it until they become soft. Then mix flour, pepper and salt in it and then cook it by stirring until the mixture gets bubbly and becomes smooth.

2. Slowly mix milk in it and cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets thicken. Mow mix sour cream in it and then add tuna, parsley and sherry in it. Heat this mixture properly.

3. Now take a serving bowl, put the mixture in it with a spoon and then sprinkle the silvered almond over it. When the fish gets cooked then serve it with hot cooked rice or parsley shells.
