This Is Really Wonderful Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Rinsed canned garbanzo beans, patted dry (3/4c), coarsely chopped tomatoes (2), rinsed canned red kidney beans, patted dry (3/4 c), red vine vinaigrette, provolone cubed (6ounces), iceberg lettuce, cut into bite size pieces (1/4head), butter lettuce, cut into bite size pieces (1/2head), romaine lettuce, cut into bite size pieces (1/2head), turkey sausage, casings removed (12ounces), olive oil (2tsp), salt and freshly ground pepper.

Method of preparation:-
Take a heavy medium size frying pan. Place it over the medium high heat. Heat the oil in it. Add sausage in the pan and cook it. Cook it until it gets brown and break down into bite size pieces. Cook it for about 5 to 8 minutes. Then place the sausage in a plate. Cool it at room temperature. Now take a large bowl, mix all the Ingredients like lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and cooked sausage in this large bowl. Add vinaigrette and beans in it to coat all the Ingredients. Coat all the Ingredients properly and then season the salad with salt and freshly ground pepper according to taste. Take a serving bowl, place the salad in it. Garnish it and then serve it.

Cod With Italian Crumb Topping

Ingredients
1. Cod fillets (4 about 3 ounce)
2. grated parmesan cheese (2tbsp)
3. dry bread crumbs (1/4c)
4. olive oil (1tsp)
5. cornmeal (1tbsp)
6. lightly beaten egg whites (1)
7. ground black pepper (1/8tsp)
8. garlic powder (1/8tsp)
9. Italian seasoning (1/2tsp)
10. cooking spray

Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 230 degrees C or 450 degrees F. Take a shallow bowl of small size; add cheese, bread crumbs, oil, cornmeal, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in it. Mix all the ingredients well and then keep the bowl aside.

2. Take a broiling pan, use cooking spray to coat the rack of the pan. Now place the cod fish fillets on the coated rack and brush each fillet with lightly beaten egg whites. Then spread the bread crumb mixture equally on the top of the fillets.

3. Now place the fish in preheated oven and bake it at 450 degrees F for about 10 to 12 minutes until the fish gets flake easily with fork. When the fish gets baked then takes it out from oven and places it in serving plate and then serves it hot.

Cashew Mignardises Recipe

Ingredients
1. Raw cocoa powder (3/4c)
2. raw honey or maple syrup (1/2c)
3. raw cashew butter or freshly grounded raw cashews (1c)
4. sea salt (a pinch)
5. seeds from 1 vanilla bean
6. any coating like sesame seeds, shredded coconut, chocolate powder etc.

Method Of Preparation:-

1. Take a food processor, mix all the ingredients in it and blend them until the mixture becomes smooth.

2. Take a bowl, pour the mixture in it, cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Then make small balls of this mixture with your hands or melon baller.

3. Now roll the balls of the mixture in any coating like sesame seeds or shredded coconut. Now healthy cashew mignardises are ready to serve. Enjoy it.

Apple Sweet Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Thinly sliced sweet potatoes (5c about 1 ½ sweet potatoes)
2. chopped walnuts (1/4c)
3. apple juice or orange juice (1/2c)
4. ground cinnamon (1/2tsp)
5. reduced calorie pancake syrup (2tbsp)
6. dark brown sugar, packed (1/4c)
7. thinly sliced apples (2c about 2small)

Method Of Preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a large bowl; add apple slices, sweet potatoes and brown sugar in it. Toss them properly. Take a baking dish of 9*9 inch; put the mixture in it with a spoon.

2. Take a small bowl, blend syrup with cinnamon in it and then mix apple juice in it. Pour this mixture over the sweet potato mixture and then dust chopped walnuts over the top.

3. Cover the dish with foil or lid, place it in the oven and bake it at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Take off the foil and again bake it for about 15 minutes until the sweet potatoes and apples get baked.

Quick and Easy Italian-Style Cod Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh cod fish fillets (1 1/2lbs)
2. grated Italian cheese like romano, grana padano, parmesan (for sprinkling)
3. minced garlic (2tbsp)
4. diced canned tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and basil (2 cans)
5. salt and pepper (to taste)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, mix garlic and canned tomatoes in it. Take a frying pan; spread half of this mixture on the bottom of the pan. Then place the cod fillets over the tomatoes.

2. Now pour the rest of the tomatoes, garlic mixture over the cod fillets and then sprinkle pepper, salt and Italian cheese on it. Now keep it to boil and then turn down the heat to low and keep it to simmer until the cod fillets get flake easily with fork.

3. Now Italian style fish is ready. Take off the pan from heat and place fish in a serving dish and then serve it with pasta or rice.

Italian Stew With Spinach Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
1. Original bisquick mix (2c)
2. water (1c)
3. sliced mushrooms, drained (1jar about 4.5 oz)
4. primavera spaghetti Sauce (1jar about 26 oz)
5. lean ground beef (1lb)
6. milk (1/2c)
7. grated parmesan cheese (1/4c)
8. Green giant frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain (1/4c) .

Method of preparation:-

1.Take a Dutch oven of 4 quarter, place it over medium heat. Cook beef in it by stirring it irregularly until the beef gets cooked and then drain it.

2. Mix mushrooms, spaghetti sauce and water in beef and keep it to boil. Now turn down the heat to low and cook it.

3. Take a bowl of medium size, bisquick, cheese, spinach and milk in it. Mix them well to form dough. Then drop the dough by 10 tablespoonfuls into the spaghetti stew.

4. Keep it to cook uncovered for about 10 minutes over low heat. Now cover the pan and again cook it for 10 minutes more.

Vegetable Beef Soup With Egg Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
1. Ground beef (1lb)
2. condensed chicken broth (3cans about 10 ¾ oz)
3. shredded cabbage (2c)
4. frozen peas and carrots (1pkg about 10 oz)
5. water (4c)
6. chopped onion (1/2c)
7. pepper (1/2tsp)
8. egg dumplings

For Egg Dumplings:-
1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. egg (1)
3. ground nutmeg (1/8tsp)
4. snipped parsley or 2 teaspoon of parsley flakes (1tbsp)
5. grated parmesan cheese (3tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take Dutch oven, cook ground beef in it until it changes to brown in color and stir it continuously. Then drain it.

2. Add all the remaining ingredients in beef except egg dumplings. Keep the mixture to boil and then reduce the heat to low.

3. Now take a bowl, prepare dumplings in it by mixing bisquick, parsley, cheese and nutmeg in it and then mix the egg in it and mix it well until the mixture gets blended. Then drop the dumplings into the soup with teaspoonfuls. Keep it to simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes until the dumplings get firm.
