Mexican Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredient
Penne pasta (400 to 500gms), water (1c), tomato paste (2tbsp), packed taco seasoning (1*35gms), diced capsicum (1red), corn kernals, drained (1*425gms), cut or roughly chopped chicken thigh fillets (500gms).

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a frying pan, grease it and then add chicken in it. Fry the chicken until it gets brown. Then add capsicum, kernels and taco seasoning in the chicken and mix it well. Cook this mixture for about 2 minutes over low heat. Add water and tomato paste in it and keep it to boil. Now turn down the heat to low and keep the mixture to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes until it gets soft. Meanwhile take a large pan of boiling water and then cook pasta in it until the chicken gets soft and then drain it. Now add the cooked and drained pasta to the chicken mixture and mix it well.
