Chicken And Chorizo Pasta Bake Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken breast fillets, cubed (4)
2. passata (1/2jar about 600 gms)
3. fresh chorizo sausage, diced (1)
4. chopped red pepper (1)
5. olive oil (1tbsp)
6. freshly grated parmesan cheese (25gms)
7. grated mozzarella cheese (50gms)
8. grated cheddar cheese (50gms)
9. dried red chili flakes (optional)
10. single cream (250ml)
11. penne pasta (250gms)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 190 degrees c. Take a large pot of lightly salted water. Keep it to boil and cook pasta in it for 8 to 10 minutes until it gets soft. Drain it and keep it aside.
2. Take a large deep frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Add chicken in it and cook it for about 5 minutes until it gets soft and lightly brown. Mix chorizo and red pepper in it and cook it for about 5 minutes and then take off the pan from heat.
3. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium high heat and pour passata, chili flakes and cream in it. Keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce gets thickened. Add chicken, drained pasta and sauce to the frying pan and mix it well.
4. Take an oven proof dish; place the mixture in it with a spoon. Then dust the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on the top.
5. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes until the mixture gets bubbly and top gets golden in color.

Pasta With Peas And Pesto Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken breasts, cut into 2cm pieces (400gms)
2. dried pasta, farfalle, penne or similar (300gms)
3. grated cheddar cheese (2tbsp)
4. red pesto (3tbsp)
5. vegetable or rapeseed oil (1tbsp)
6. frozen peas (250gms)
7. salt and pepper (to taste)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot of salted water, keep it to boil and then cook pasta in it for about 10 minutes until it gets soft. Then add beans in it and boil it for about 1 minute and drain it properly and place in serving bowl.
2. Meanwhile, take a frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and then add the chicken pieces in the pan. Fry the chicken for about 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken gets lightly brown and cooked. Add red pesto in it and cook for few minutes.
3. Now place the pesto chicken into the drained pasta and beans. Mix it well and sprinkle salt and pepper over it according to taste. Dust the grated cheese on top and serve it with crusty bread.

Chicken Pasta – Shannon Style Recipe
Ingredients
1. Skinless Boneless chicken breasts halves, cut into bite size pieces (1pound)
2. farfalle pasta, or bow tie (1pound)
3. Italian seasoned bread crumbs (1c)
4. water (2tbsp)
5. egg (1)
6. olive oil, divided (4tbsp)
7. grated parmesan cheese (1/2c)
8. grape tomatoes (1/2pint)
9. Greek Salad dressing (1c)
10. chopped fresh mushrooms (1/2c)
11. chopped yellow bell pepper (1/2)
12. chopped green bell pepper (1/2)
13. chopped red bell pepper (1/2)
14. chopped onion (1)
15. minced garlic (1clove)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta in it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it gets soft and then drain it.
2. Take a frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat 3 tablespoon of olive oil in it. Take a bowl, mix egg and water in it.
3. Take another bowl, add bread crumbs in it. Take chicken pieces, first dip them in egg mixture and then coat them with bread crumbs. Put the coated chicken pieces in frying pan and cook them for about 5 minutes from all sides until they get golden brown. Drain them on paper towel.
4. Take another frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat the left over oil in it and add mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion and garlic in it. Cook this mixture by stirring until the vegetables get soft.
5. Take a large bowl, mix pasta, vegetables and chicken in it and then add Greek dressing in it. Mix it well and add tomatoes over it. Then sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the top.

Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1. Shredded, cooked chicken breasts meat (3c)
2. ground black pepper (1/4tsp)
3. ground ginger (1/2tsp)
4. white sugar (3tbsp)
5. sesame oil (1tsp)
6. rice vinegar (1/3c)
7. light soy sauce (1/3c)
8. vegetable oil (1/2c)
9. bow tie pasta (1package about 16 ounces)
10. sesame seeds (1/4c)
11. chopped green onion (1/3c)
12. chopped fresh cilantro (1/3c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a frying pan, place it over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds in it and fry them by stirring regularly until they get lightly toasted. Take off the pan from hat and keep it aside.
2. Take a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta in it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it gets soft. Drain the pasta, wash it under cold water until it gets cool then place it in a large bowl.
3. Take a jar with tight fitting, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame seeds, sugar, pepper and ginger in it. Mix this mixture properly and then pour this dressing mixture over pasta and mix it to coat. Slowly mix cilantro, chicken and green onions in it.

Chicken Pasta With Cabbage And Bacon Recipe
Ingredients
1. Penne pasta (250gms or 9oz)
2. chicken breasts with skin (4)
3. savoy cabbage shredded (1/2)
4. streaky bacon sliced (150gms)
5. tarragon (3springs)
6. thickly sliced onion (10springs)
7. olive oil (4tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to gas 7/220 degrees C/425 degrees F. Take chicken, season it and then sprinkle half of the oil over chicken. Keep it to roast for about 15 minutes with skin side up.
2. Meanwhile cook pasta in a pot with the instructions on pasta package. Fry bacon slices in the left over oil until the pieces get crispy. Then add spring onions and cabbage in it and fry them for about 2 minutes more.
3. Now drain the cooked pasta from pot and mix it with vegetable, tarragon, bacon and chicken juices. Top it with chicken and then serve it.

Chicken And Vegetable Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken fillets skinless, cut into chunks (4)
2. dry pasta (175gms or 6oz)
3. courgette, cut into chunks (1)
4. oil (1tbsp)
5. red, green and yellow pepper, seeded and cubed (1)
6. salt and black pepper
7. red onion quartered (1)
8. tomatoes halved (2firm)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a roasting pan, put the vegetables and all ingredients in it except oil, chicken, pasta salt and pepper. Sprinkle oil over it. Add salt and pepper according to taste in it and place the pan under hot grill and then grill it for about 5 to 10 minutes by stirring irregularly under the vegetables get soften.
2. Take a large frying pan, coat it with oil and then add chicken pieces in it. Cook the chicken pieces for about 4 to 5 minutes over high heat by turning the sides of chicken pieces regularly until they get golden brown in color.
3. Meanwhile take a large pan of boiling water and cook pasta in it according to instructions on pasta package. Drain it and place it in serving bowl. Then add the softened vegetables and chicken to the cooked pasta and mix it well. Decorate it with herb and serve it.
