Chicken Cacciatore With Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Spaghetti (2lb), Rosemary (1tsp), oregano (1/2tsp), ripe olives (1/2c), celery stalks (2 to 3), minced garlic (2cloves), mushrooms (1lb), red pepper (1), green pepper (1), onion (1large), boneless chicken (3.75lb), tomato sauce (1large can), tomato paste (1small can), peeled tomatoes (1can), red wine (1/2c), flour, olive oil (1/2c), salt and pepper (to taste), sugar (1tsp), dried basil (1tbsp)chopped freshly parsley (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl, add flour in it and mix salt and pepper to flour. Take chicken and wash it and then coat it in flour. Take a saucepan, heat olive oil in it. Cook chicken in it until it gets brown. Drain it and keep it aside. Then sauté onion, mushrooms, olives, garlic, celery, green and red peppers in 4 tablespoon of oil pan until they get soft. Keep it aside. Take a large bowl, mix rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato product, sugar and wine in it. Add water in it if the mixture is thick to make it thin. Then add brown vegetables in it and mix it well. Take pyrex dish, pour some sauce in it and place chicken in it and then pour the remaining sauce over it. Place the dish in oven and cook it for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Now cook spaghetti in water, drain it and sprinkle parmesan cheese over it. Pour the chicken cacciatore over spaghetti and then serve it.

Circosta’s Pasta With Chicken And Sausage Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (1lb), thyme (1/2tsp), basil (1 1/2tsp), plum tomatoes (1 1/2cans about 23oz), chopped garlic (3cloves), sliced onion (1), olive oil (1 1/2tsp), hot Italian sausage (1/2lb), dry pasta (1/2lb), crushed red pepper (1/4tsp), minced parsley (1tbsp), black olives (1/3c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take sausage and cut it into slices. Take a saucepan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in it and cook sausage in oil until it gets brown. Add onion in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they get soft. Then add chopped garlic in it and cook it for 2 minutes. Now drain the tomatoes from the can, chop and mix in the pan with thyme, basil, salt and pepper. Keep this mixture to simmer for about 20 minutes by stirring it irregularly. Now cut the chicken into ½ inch strips and the olives into quarter. Then add chicken, parsley, olives and red pepper in the pan and keep to simmer for about 10 minutes. Now season the mixture with salt and pepper according to taste. Cook the pasta in large pot of salted boiling water until it gets soft and then drain it and place it in serving bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over pasta and serve it.

Chicken Pasta Salad In Creamy Curry Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, poached and cut into bite size pieces (1whole), rotelle pasta (1/4lb), finely chopped fresh basil leaves (1tbsp), thinly sliced scallions (2), heavy cream (1/4c), unsalted butter (1tbsp), minced fresh ginger roots (1tsp), minced garlic (1/2tsp), chopped mango chutney (1tbsp), red pepper flakes (to taste), curry powder (3/4tsp), white wine vinegar (1tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta in it until it gets soft and then drain it. Wash the cooked pasta with cold water and drain it and then place it in a bowl. Mix basil, scallions, tomatoes and chicken in pasta bowl. Now take a saucepan to prepare dressing, place it over low heat. Heat butter in it and cook ginger, carrot and garlic in it until garlic gets soft. Add cream in it and cook it until the mixture gets thickened. Then mix vinegar, pepper flakes, curry powder and chutney in it and cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour this mixture into the pasta mixture and mix it well. Season it with salt and pepper.

Caper Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken breasts (2), capers (1tbsp), chicken stock (1c), chopped onion (1/2c), oil, flour (1c), chopped mushrooms (1c), white wine (1/2c)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take chicken and coat it with flour. Take a frying pan, place it over heat. Heat oil in it and then fry chicken in it until it gets cooked. Take a plate, place fried chicken in it. Then put chopped onions in pan and fry until thyme get fragrant. Then mix mushrooms, capers, chicken stock and white wine in it. Keep this mixture to boil for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper according to taste and then add the fried chicken again to the pan. Again cook it for about 5 minutes. Then mix the cooked pasta in it and serve it by adding cooked rice on top.

Gourmet Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken, boned (2c), cream of chicken soup (1can), carton sour cream (8oz), green onions with tops (3), grated sharp cheddar cheese (2c), cream of mushrooms soup (1can), egg noodles (1small package about ¼ inch width), Rotel tomatoes (1can), cream cheese (4oz package)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large pan, boil noodles in it until they get soft. Then drain the noodles and mix chopped onions, spur cream and softened cream cheese in the hot noodles. Mix them properly. Now take a casserole, first place the layer of ½ of noodles at the bottom of casserole, then the layer of chicken, tomatoes, layer of mixed soups and then sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top layer. Repeat all these layers again. Now place the casserole in oven and bake it for about 1 hour at 300 degrees. When chicken pasta gets ready then take out casserole from oven and serve it.

Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
For Salad
Chicken breast, cooked, torn into small pieces (3/4lb), fusilli pasta (3/4lb), sliced mushrooms (1/2lb), sliced scallions (1bunch), pea pods, sliced diagonally (1/2lb)
For dressing
Egg yolk, raw (1), soy sauce (1/4c), white pepper (1/4tsp), sugar (1/4c), white vinegar (1/4), oriental sesame oil (2tbsp), vegetable oil (1 1/2c)
For Garnishes
Sesame seeds, toasted (1tbsp), fried wontons, cut into ¼ inch strips, quickly fried in hot oil (1c), mandarin oranges, drained (1/4c)

Method Of Preparation:-
First cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook it for about 10 to 12 minutes until pasta gets soft. Drain and wash it in cold water and then mix the pasta with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then mix the pasta with all the salad Ingredients and keep it in refrigerator to chill. Take a food processor and blender, mix first five Ingredients of dressing in it. Blend this mixture slowly and pour the dressing mixture in bowl and keep it in refrigerator to chill. Mix the garnishes mixture in a bowl. Take out the salad from refrigerator and mix it with dressing and then top the salad with garnihes. Now it is ready to serve.

Tarragon And Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Cooked chicken, cut up (1 1/2c), Dried tarragon leaves (1/2tsp) or fresh and chopped tarragon leaves (2tsp), uncooked mostaccioli pasta (1/2c), broccoli flowerets (1c), sliced mushrooms (2c), shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese (1/2c), shredded spinach (2c), finely chopped garlic (1clove), salt (1/4tsp), cornstarch (1tbsp), skim milk (1c), thinly sliced carrots (2med.)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a saucepan of 3 quarter, place it over heat. Cook pasta in it according to the instructions on package. During last 4 minutes of cooking of pasta add carrots, broccoli and mushrooms in the saucepan. Meanwhile take another saucepan of 1 ½ quarter, place it over medium heat and add cornstarch, milk, tarragon, garlic and salt in it. Cook the mixture by stirring regularly until the mixture gets thickens. Mix all the remaining Ingredients in it and cook until the spinach gets wilted and cheese gets wilted. Now drain the pasta mixture from the pan and place it in serving bowl. Mix the pasta mixture with sauce and then serve it.
