Baked Cheesy Veggie Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Skinless boneless chicken breasts halves- cubed (3)
2. fusilli pasta (1pound)
3. white wine (1c)
4. soy sauce (3tsp)
5. chopped yellow bell peppers (3small)
6. chopped red bell peppers (3small)
7. chopped green bell peppers (5small)
8. olive oil (3tbsp)
9. finely shredded Emmentaler cheese (11ounces)
10. shredded cheddar cheese (12ounces)
11. salt and pepper (to taste)
12. ground nutmeg (1pinch)
13. dried oregano (1pinch)
14. paprika (1pinch)
15. crème fraiche (4c)
16. eggs (4c)
17. lemon juice (3tsp)
18. milk (2c)
19. grated parmesan cheese (7ounces)
20. blue cheese, crumbled (3 ½ ounces)
21. ground coriander (1 pinch)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large pot, boil salted water in it and then cook pasta in boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta gets soft. Drain it and keep it aside.

2. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil in the pan and then saute chicken in oil for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add yellow, red and green bell peppers in it and cook them for about 5 minutes. Then mix wine, soy sauce and lemon juice in it. Now turn down the heat to low, cover the pan and keep it to simmer for about 20 minutes.

3. Heat the oven to 370 degrees F (180 degrees c). Take a large bowl, beat egg and crème friache in it. Then season it with nutmeg, coriander, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix blue cheese, Emmentaler cheese and cheddar cheese in it.

4. Now place this mixture in baking dish of 9*13 inches. Dust the parmesan cheese over it. To make the mixture moist pour milk over it. Place the dish in oven and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes until the top gets golden brown and then serve it.

Ingredients
1. Chopped and cooked chicken (2c)
2. bacon slices (6)
3. linguine pasta (8ounces)
4. heavy cream (2c)
5. chicken broth (2c)
6. freshly grated parmesan cheese (1c)
7. frozen English peas, thawed (1c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a heavy saucepan, place it over high heat. Boil chicken broth and cream in it. Then turn down the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 30 minutes until the gravy get reduced to half.

2. Take a large pot, boil salted water in it and then cook pasta in it for about 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta becomes soft. Then drain it and place it in a bowl and keep it aside.

3. Meanwhile take a large deep frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Cook bacon in the pan until it gets brown. Drain and then crumble the bacon and keep it aside.

4. When the cream gets reduced to half then add chicken, crumbles bacon, peas and parmesan cheese in it. Cook this mixture until it gets hot. Then Pour it over pasta and then serve it.

Margarita Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh linguine pasta (1package about 12 ounces)
2. jalapeno pepper, diced (1)
3. thinly sliced onion (1/2)
4. minced garlic (2cloves)
5. gold teguila (2tbsp)
6. soy sauce (2tbsp)
7. chopped cilantro (1/2c)
8. chicken broth (1/2c)
9. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small strips (1pound)
10. fresh squeezed lime juice (2tbsp)
11. butter, divided (3tbsp)
12. thinly sliced green bell pepper (1/2)
13. heavy cream (12ounces)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large bowl, mix broth, teguila, garlic, cilantro, lime juice and soy sauce in it. Marinate the chicken in it for about 15 minutes.

2. Take a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoon of butter in it and then saute chicken in it. Add jalapeno, bell pepper and onion in it and cook them until the peppers get wilted. Add marinade in it and keep it to simmer until it get reduce to half. Now add cream and keep it to boil.

3. Reduce the heat and keep it to simmer and then add 1 tablespoon of butter in it and mix it. Now cook the pasta and drain it. Now place the chicken mixture into the empty pasta pot and then put the drained pasta in it and mix it well. Now chicken pasta is ready to serve.

Chicken Pasta Primavera Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into small pieces (4)
2. angel hair pasta (1pound)
3. olive oil (2tbsp)
4. butter (2tbsp)
5. diced tomatoes with green Chile peppers (1 can about 10 ounces)
6. peeled and diced tomatoes (1can about 14 .5 ounces)
7. minced garlic (2cloves)
8. olive oil (2tbsp)
9. green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1)
10. yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1)
11. red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1)
12. grated parmesan cheese (1/4c)
13. garlic powder (1/2tsp)
14. dried thyme (1/2tsp)
15. dried rosemary (1/2tsp)
16. dried basil (1/2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Heat olive oil in it and then fry green, yellow and red bell peppers with garlic in it until they get soft. Mix diced tomatoes with Chile and diced tomatoes in it.

2. Now turn down the heat to medium low and keep the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture into the serving bowl.

3. Take a large pot, boil lightly salted water in it and then cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta gets soft. Then drain it.

4. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in large frying pan over medium heat and then cook until in it for about 10 minutes. Then place the cooked chicken in the serving bowl over the tomato sauce. Dust basil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary and parmesan cheese over it. Then pour this chicken mixture over the cooked pasta and serve it.

Chinese Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into strips (1pound), dried wide Chinese noodles or fettuccini (12 ounces), soy sauce (2tbsp), oyster flavored sauce (1/4c), shredded carrots (2med.), chopped onion (1med.), sliced green onions (2bunches), green cabbage, shredded (1/2 small head about 4 cups), fresh minced ginger (1tsp), minced garlic (1clove)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large pot, boil water in it and add salt and noodles in it. Cook the noodles until they get soft. Then drain them and place them in large bowl. Take a frying pan, heat oil in it. Add garlic, ginger and chicken in it and fry it by stirring for about 5 minutes until the chicken gets soft. Then add cabbage, carrots, onion, green onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce in it and fry them for few minutes. Mix cooked noodles in it and serve them at once.

Ingredients
1. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (1)
2. artichoke hearts, quartered (2c)
3. sundried tomatoes, julienne cut (3/4c)
4. garlic (4cloves)
5. onion (1med.)
6. olive oil (2tsp)
7. flour (1/2c)
8. salt and pepper (to taste)
9. toasted pine nuts (1/4c)
10. shopped basil (1/4c)
11. white wine or chicken broth (1 1/2c)
12. penne pasta (1 packet)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take flour in a bowl, coat the chicken pieces in it and then keep them aside. Take a pot, boil water in it.

2. Meanwhile take a large frying pan, heat olive oil in it. Saute onion and garlic in oil for about 1to 2 minutes. Add flour coated chicken pieces in it and fry them until they get brown.

3. Now cook pasta in boiling water in pot. Add artichokes, sundried tomatoes and wine or broth into the frying pan. Mix it well and reduce the heat to low.

4. Then cover the pan and keep it to cook for about 10 minutes. Add pine nuts and basil in it. Drain pasta and place it in serving dish. Pour chicken and sauce over pasta and serve it.

Chicken Pasta Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1lb)
2. penne pasta (8oz)
3. fresh baby spinach, washed and patted dry with paper towel 92c)
4. cream cheese (1pkg. about 3 oz)
5. diced tomatoes, drained (1can about 14 oz)
6. spaghetti sauce (1jar about 28 oz)
7. Italian seasoning (1tsp)
8. olive oil (1tbsp)
9. grated parmesan cheese (1/4c)
10. shredded mozzarella cheese (2c)

Method of preparation:-

1. First heat the oven to 350 degree F. Take a baking dish of 9*13 inches and grease it with nonstick spray. Now cook pasta in a pan according to the instructions on package. Then drain it and pour it into the baking dish.

2. Take a large saucepan, place it over medium high heat. Heat oil in it. Take chicken breasts and cut it into small pieces. Put the chicken pieces in oil and fry them until they get brown.

3. Add drained tomatoes, half of spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning in it. Reduce the heat to low and keep it to simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Take cream cheese and cut it into small chunks and then add into the chicken and tomato sauce mixture. Keep it to simmer until the cream cheese gets melted.

4. Mix spinach in it and cook it until it gets soft. Then pour the chicken mixture over cooked pasta in baking dish. Spread 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top and then spread left of spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese over it.

5. Place the dish in oven and bake it at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. When it gets ready then take it out from oven and serve it.
