Chicken Pasta Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks (8ounces)
2. uncooked lasagna noodles (9 ounces)
3. egg (1)
4. ricotta cheese (2c)
5. finely chopped broccoli (2c)
6. chicken broth (1c)
7. all purpose flour (2tbsp)
8. butter (1tbsp)
9. ground black pepper (1/4tsp)
10. ground nutmeg (1/4tsp)
11. minced fresh chives (2tsp)
12. milk (1/2c)
13. tomato, seeded and chopped (1med.)
14. crushed garlic (3cloves)
15. dry mustard (1/2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large pot, cook lasagna noodles in it according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles, wash in cold water and then place on aluminum foil in single layer.

2. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take chicken and finely chopped it in blender or food processor. Heat the nonstick pan and then add chicken in it and cook it until the chicken changes to pink in color. Add broccoli in it and cook it for about 8 minutes until it gets soft.

3. Now take off the pan from hat and keep it to cool. Take a bowl of medium size, mix ricotta cheese, chives, egg, garlic, black pepper and nutmeg in it and then pour this mixture into the chicken mixture. Then spread 1/3 cup of filling mixture over the lasagna noodles and then roll them.

4. Place the rolls in baking dish with seam side down. Keep the dish aside. Take a small saucepan; melt butter in it over medium high heat. Add flour in it and cook it for about 1 minute. Mix mustard, milk and chicken broth in it and cook it until the mixture gets thickened. Then pour it over the lasagna rolls, dust the rolls with tomato.

5. Cover the dish with foil. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes. Then take out the pasta rolls from the oven and serve them.

Chicken Pot Pie Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed (2lb), rotini or bow tie pasta (1 12-16 oz), milk (1 1/2c), frozen peas (2c), cream of chicken soup (2cans about 10 ¾ oz), butter (1/4c), grated parmesan cheese (2/3c), salt and pepper (to taste), garlic powder (1tsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take pasta; cook it in a pan according to the instructions on the package of pasta. Meanwhile, take a Dutch oven, place it over medium heat. Melt butter in it and then cook chicken and red pepper in it for about 10 minutes until the chicken gets cooked. Mix all other Ingredients in it except parmesan cheese. Keep the mixture to boil and then turn down the heat to low and keep the mixture to simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Now add parmesan cheese in it. Drain the pasta and put it into the chicken mixture and mix it well. Now the chicken pot pie pasta is ready to serve. Enjoy it.

Greek Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Skinless boneless chicken breast meat- cut up into bite size pieces (1 pound)
2. uncooked pasta (1pound)
3. dried oregano (2tsp)
4. chopped red onion (1/2c)
5. crushed garlic (2cloves)
6. olive oil (1tbsp)
7. lemon wedges (2 for garnish)
8. salt and pepper (to taste)
9. lemon juice (2tbsp)
10. chopped fresh parsley (3tbsp)
11. crumbled feta cheese (1/2c)
12. chopped tomato (1large)
13. marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (1 (14 ounce) can)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a large pot, put salted water in it and keep it to boil. Then cook pasta in it until it gets soft for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and keep it aside.

2. Meanwhile take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat oil in it and then add onion and garlic in it. Saute them for about 2 minutes. Add chicken in the pan and cook it for about 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken changes to pink by stirring it irregularly.

3. Now turn down the heat to low and then add tomato, parsley, oregano, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, lemon juice and cooked pasta in the chicken mixture.

4. Cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes by stirring it until the mixture gets heated. Now take off the pan from heat and season it with salt and pepper according to taste. Then decorate the chicken pasta with lemon wedges and then serve it.

Thai Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken breast, sliced into strips (1lb)
2. pasta (2lb)
3. black pepper (2tsp)
4. cilantro (1bunch optional)
5. green onion (4bunches)
6. peanut oil (1tbsp)
7. chopped garlic (1clove)

For Sauce:-
1. Peanuts chopped (2 ½ tbsp)
2. Thai fish sauce (8tsp)
3. crushed red pepper (2tsp)
4. curry powder (3tbsp)
5. seranno peppers, sliced (5)
6. ground cumin (1 ½ tsp)
7. cayenne pepper (2tsp)
8. sesame oil (2tbsp)
9. soy sauce (8tbsp about 1/2c)
10. chopped garlic (8cloves)

For Thickening:-
1. water (3tbsp)
2. cornstarch (2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, add all the ingredients of sauce in it and then mix them properly and keep the bowl aside. Keep the pasta to cook in a pan according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile take a pan, heat peanut oil in it and fry garlic in oil and then add chicken in it. Keep the chicken to cook and add pepper in it. When the chicken gets cooked then add sauce mixture in it and again cook it for about 2 minutes by stirring it. Add cilantro and green onion in it and cook it until the onion gets cooked.

3. If you want thick sauce then mix water and cornstarch in a bowl and then mix it into the chicken mixture. When the pasta gets cooked then drains it and mixes it in chicken and sauce. Now Thai chicken pasta is ready to serve.

Chicken Caesar Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Boneless skinless chicken breasts (4)
2. pasta of any shape (6 ounces)
3. fresh parmesan cheese, shredded (1/4c)
4. extra virgin olive oil (1tbsp)
5. Caesar fat free Italian salad dressing (6tbsp)

Method of preparation:-

1. Take a gallon zipper freezer bag, put the chicken in it and pour the dressing over it. Keep the chicken in bag in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to marinate. Then take out the chicken from the refrigerator and keep it aside. Now boil water to cook pasta.

2. Meanwhile take an oven safe pan, place it over medium high heat and then heat oil in it. Take out the chicken from the freezer bag and put it in pan and then cook it in oil until it changes to brown in color.

3. Add pasta in the boiling water and cook it according to the instructions on pasta package. Now sprinkle the cheese over the brown chicken and place the chicken pan in oven and then cook it at 375 degrees F until the chicken gets cooked properly and then cheese gets melted. Then take the chicken out from oven and serve it over the cooked pasta.

Spicy Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Chicken breast, cut it into thin strips (1lb)
2. rotini pasta (1/2 pound)
3. broccoli florets (3c)
4. Sriracha or red chili sauce (1tbsp)
5. pepper (to taste)
6. tomatoes, wedged (3med.)
7. soy sauce (3tbsp)
8. onion cut into thin wedges (1large)
9. olive oil (2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take pasta and cook it according to the instructions on the package of pasta and then keep it aside.

2. Take a pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat oil in it and then add chicken in the pan and keep it to cook until it gets cooked. Now take out the chicken from the pan and keep it aside. Saute onions in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes and then add broccoli in it and cook it until it changes to dark green in color.

3. Add Sriracha, soy sauce and pepper in it and cook them for about 2 to 3 minutes. Now add cooked chicken and tomatoes and cook them for about 2 to 3 minutes until the tomatoes leave juices and then add cooked pasta and mix it well. Now the spicy chicken pasta is ready to serve.

15 Minute Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
1. Juice of 1 large or 2 small oranges,
2. 25g flaked almonds (toasted)
3. 350g pasta bows
4. 1 tbsp olive oil
5. 3 large skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized chunks
6. 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
7. 2 garlic cloves crushed
8. 300g broccoli (cut into small florets)

Method of preparation:-
1. Boil and cook the pasta in salted boiling water as per given on the packet instructions. Put the broccoli into the salted water 3-4 minutes before the pasta is cooked and keep on boiling it.

2. Heat the oil in a fry pan add the chicken to it and keep on stirring it until it gets golden brown is completely cooked. Just two minutes before it is cooked add garlic to it.

3. Take a small bowl and mix the orange juice with the wholegrain mustard. Now, put this mixture over the chicken and heat it gently for 2-3 minutes.

4. Saving 3-4 tbsp of pasta water, drain the broccoli and pasta. Add salt and pepper and then serve.
