Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
Peeled and deveined cooked shrimp (1pound), grated parmesan cheese (6tbsp), half and half (1c), butter (1tbsp), fettuccini pasta (1pound), minced garlic (4cloves) and salt (to taste), chopped fresh parsley (1tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large pot, boil water with little salt in it. Then add pasta in it and cook it until it gets tender and then drain the pasta. Take a large frying pan, heat butter in it and then saute the garlic and shrimp in it for about one minute. Add half and half in it and mix it. Add one tablespoon of parmesan cheese at a time and stir it. When all the parmesan cheese is added then add the salt and parsley in it. Sit the mixture until it gets thickened. When the sauce gets thickened then mix the cooked pasta in it and serve it hot.

Fish With Leeks And Green Onion Recipe
Ingredients
Sea bass, escolar, haddock or halibuts fillets, orange roughly (4), sliced leek (1large), green onions, halved lengthwise, cut crosswise into 2 inch pieces (10), olive oil (4tbsp), homemade fish stock or bottled clam juice (1c), thinly sliced garlic (4-5 large cloves), Chopped fresh Italian parsley.
Method of preparation:-
Take a large saucepan, place it over medium heat. Heat oil of 3 tablespoon in it. Add garlic and leek and saute it for about 3 minutes. Add stock and green onion in it. Keep it to boil for about 8 minutes or until the liquid gets thickens. Add salt and pepper. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat the left over oil of 2 tablespoon in it. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the fish and then put it in the pan and cook it for about 5 minutes from each side. Take plates and place fish on it. Heat the onion mixture in the pan and then spread it with leeks over the fish. When the fish gets ready then sprinkle the parsley over it and then serve it.
Crab And Asparagus Risotto Recipe
Ingredients
Refrigerated pasteurized crabmeat (1/2 pound), asparagus or green beans (1/2pounds), dry white wine (1/2c), chicken broth (6c), uncooked Arborio rice (2c), grated parmesan cheese (1/4c), olive oil (2tbsp), diced orange pepper (1medium).
Method of preparation:-
Take a sauce pan, place it over medium heat oil in it and then add onion and pepper in it and cook it for about 3 minutes until they get soft. Add rice in it and cook them for about 2 minutes. Add wine in it and cook it until the wine gets absorbed and then add hot broth of 2 cups. Again cook it until the broth gets absorbed. Add ½ cup of broth and keep it to simmer by stirring it. Stir it until the broth gets absorbed. Now add crabmeat and asparagus with the broth. Then add cheese in it. Now take off the pan from the heat. Cover the pan and keep it for about 5 minutes. Add more cheese in the risotto and then serve it.
Boiled Mackerel With Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
Whole mackerel, cleaned (1 1/2pounds), olive oil (2tbsp), thinly sliced onion (1small), thinly sliced scallions (2), extra virgin olive oil (2tbsp), finely chopped mint (2tbsp), thinly sliced garlic (2cloves), salt and freshly ground black pepper, red and green bell pepper, seeded and sliced about ½ inch wide and 2 inches long (1large), lemon wedges (for garnish) and balsamic vinegar (3tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take a broiler, heat it. Take a broiling tray; broil the mackerel on it for about 20 minutes until its flesh gets easily separate from the bones. Keep the mackerel at the room temperature. Sprinkle salt and pepper and keep it side. Take a frying pan of medium size, place it over medium heat. Add bell pepper and cook it for about 8 minutes until it gets tender. Add garlic, scallions, onion and mint in it. Cover the pan and keep it to simmer for 3 minutes. Then add salt and pepper and then sprinkle the extra olive oil on the top of peppers. When the dish gets ready then garnish it with lemon wedges and serve it at room temperature.

Asparagus And Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
Peeled and deveined, raw shrimp (20 large), thinly sliced carrot (1), olive oil (for drizzling), thinly sliced, celery heart (1), white wine vinegar (2tbsp), asparagus, spears trimmed (1 3/4pounds), salt and pepper, strained juice of (1/2lemon)
Method of preparation:-
Take a pan, boil the salted water in it and then add vinegar in it. Blanch the shrimp in it for about 2 minutes and then drain it. Take asparagus, make the bunch of it and cook it in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes and then drain it. Keep it to cool. Take a serving bowl, put the celery and carrot in it. Add asparagus and shrimp on the top of celery. Add olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon juice on the top and then mix it well and then serve it.

Ingredients
Sliced bacon, diced (1/2pound), water (4c), diced peeled potatoes (6c), chopped onion (2med.), bay or sea scallops, quartered (1pound), fresh or frozen lobster, cut into 1 inch pieces (1pound), uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (1pound), cod cut into 1 inch pieces (1pound), evaporated milk (1can), milk (2quarters),curry powder (1/2tsp), minced fresh parsley (4tsp), salt (4tsp), melted butter (1/2).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large stockpot, cook bacon in it over medium heat until it gets crispy. Take out the bacon from the pot with slotted spoon to the paper towel and reserve the drippings. Saute the onions in the drippings until they get tender. Add potatoes and water and then keep it to boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Now add the scallops, shrimps, lobster, cod and haddock. Cook them for 10 minutes or until the scallops get opaque, shrimps turn pink and fish gets flake easily with fork. Add butter, parsley, salt and curry powder. Add milk and evaporated milk and heat it well. Garnish it with bacon and then serve it.

Bisquick (1c), frozen crabmeat, thawed and drained (1pkg. or 6oz), milk (1 1/2c), chopped onion (1/4c), cream cheese, cut into ¼ inches cubes (1pkg. or 3oz), shredded sharp cheese (1c), dash of nutmeg, salt (1/4tsp), eggs (4)
Method Of Preparation:-
First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take pie plate of 10 inches and grease it lightly. Place crabmeat, onion and cheeses in greased pie plate. Take a blender, mix all the remaining Ingredients in the container of blender and blend them for about 15 seconds on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth. Then pour this mixture slowly into the pie plate. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees f. Bake it until the pie gets golden brown in color. Take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then cut it into slices and serve it.
